• You'll be prompted to login into your mail likebelow, if you don't have a Gmail, you must create one, after which you get to the next PAGE

1. On the left, below the blogger logo.
2. Click New blog.
3. Give it a title as shown below, then click next

• Enter a URL (yourname.blogspot.com) name for your blog. The circled area would indicate if the domain is free or has been used,

                                

If it's available you will get a page like below

Now type your domain name on the browser, in my case, I will use the domain name I use; slijes.blogspot.com, Below is what my page looks like;
